Senior Assisted Living for Individuals 55 years of age or older.

The true success of the Heartland Courts comes in the fellowship of being around and enjoying the company of others, but yet having the availability to be as independent as you wish.  Each Heartland Court becomes a community within itself with different types of activities going on at all times within each building. 

All apartments in Heartland Court are 2 bedrooms with 858 square feet of space.  They are complete apartments with kitchen, dining room, living room and extra large bath with sit down safety showers.

Rent is month-to-month, only a 30-day notice is required when vacating.  

Services

The following are included in your basic monthly rent:

• All utilities except cable TV, Telephone & Lights
• Breakfast & lunch 5 days per week
• Coffee 24-hours per day
• Use of laundry facilities
• Daily garbage removal 
• All maintenance, lawn care & snow removal
• Scheduled activities
• Use of all common areas
• Window treatments 
• Resident Care System with wearable transmitter

Rates

Additional Benefits

• A 24-hour emergency responder system is in place to answer emergency calls from each apartment. 
• For security, buildings #3 & #4 automatically lock at night and re-open in the morning. 
• All Heartland Courts come with hard wire smoke detectors and emergency lighting in case of power loss to any of the buildings.

Utilities  

Each resident is responsible for Cable TV, Telephone and the Light Bill.  These services may be arranged by contacting each provider directly. 

Additional Available Services

It is our goal to allow you to be as independent as safely possible; however, when you are ready for additional services, we are here to help.  The following services are available at an additional cost:

Our services are billed in per unit increments with a 1 unit minimum. 
15 minutes = 1 Unit

• Emergency Assistance Call to apartment	$15.00 / unit
• Scheduled Nursing Services requiring a nurse (Injections, pacemaker check)	$15.00 / unit
• Medication Set-up	$15.00 / unit
• Medication Pass/Ted Hose Assist	$2.50 / visit
• Aide Services (Shower, nail care, dressing assist, comfort check)	$6.00 / unit
• Housekeeping services (Laundry, cleaning, bedding change)	$6.00 / unit
• Additional meals for resident or guest(s)	$4.00 / meal
• Beauty Shop Services (Provided by licensed beautician at Care Center)	Rate set by beautician
• Resident Care System with wearable transmitter	Replacement cost: $250.00 system $40.00 wearable transmitter
