Heartland Care Center depends on a partnership with our church sponsors and the community at large. We are most grateful for their financial gifts which benefit our residents.

This support is critical as Heartland's revenues are determined mostly by state-mandated formulas. The North Dakota reimbursement system and Medicaid generally cover the direct cost of delivering care to our residents. Special services, facility improvements and many quality-of-life programs must be underwritten by those who value our mission.

Memorial Gifts

Each year, more and more friends are finding that memorial and honor gifts are a meaningful and lasting tribute to a friend or loved one they wish to honor.

Through the thoughtfulness and concern expressed with a memorial or honor gift, Heartland Care Center will be able to purchase equipment and provide programs and services to our residents. As the donor, you have the option of designating the use of the gift or permitting Heartland to use the funds where the need is the greatest.
